Shipping outside the United States: If you would like to ship an item outside the U.S., please send us an email at customerservice@thejessebcollection.com detailing which products you'd like to order, a name and phone number where you can be reached and when you can be reached, and we will give you a call to process the order over the phone. Shipping rates are slightly higher for overseas delivery.
Returns: To make a return, email customerservice@thejessebcollection.com Include an order number, a list of the item(s) that you are requesting to return and the reason. We will reply with a Return Authorization #. Unused, or defective merchandise may be returned. We must receive the returned package within 30 days for it to be eligible for return. The return shipment must be insured with a tracking number, and the customer pays return shipping. If the return is eligible, we will credit your card or give you “store credit” for other items of your choice.
